Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you upgrade to a paid plan during the trial and cancel before your first billing date, you will receive a full refund of any charges made.
2. Paid Subscriptions
- No refunds on paid months: Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused e-Way Bill quota within a billing period.
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard (Settings → Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
- No further charges: Once cancelled, no further charges will be made. Your subscription will not auto-renew.
3. Unused Credits / EWB Quota
Unused e-Way Bill quota does not carry over to the next billing month and is forfeited upon cancellation or plan downgrade. There is no cash value for unused quota.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error.
- Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure (not NIC/GSP downtime).
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@waybillgo.in with your order details.
5. Plan Changes
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You are charged the difference pro-rated for the remaining billing period.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
6. Account Termination by WaybillGo
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
7. How to Cancel
Log in to your dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Alternatively, email support@waybillgo.in with your registered mobile number and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day.
