1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WaybillGo (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who access the Service via WhatsApp or the web dashboard.

2. Description of Service

WaybillGo is a SaaS platform that enables users to generate e-Way Bills (EWBs) as required under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework of India. The Service connects to the NIC EWB API through a registered GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) on behalf of the user.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data submitted — including GSTIN, HSN codes, invoice values, and vehicle details.
• You must ensure your GSP sub-user credentials are kept confidential and not shared with unauthorised parties.
• You confirm that all e-Way Bills generated through the Service are for legitimate, lawful consignments.
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable GST, e-Way Bill, and transport regulations. WaybillGo is a generation tool, not a compliance advisor.
• You must not use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

4. GST Compliance Disclaimer

WaybillGo facilitates e-Way Bill generation but does not guarantee compliance with GST regulations, NIC portal rules, or government-issued circulars. Tax compliance remains entirely your responsibility. We recommend consulting a qualified CA or tax professional for compliance advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WaybillGo and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any financial penalties, fines, or legal consequences arising from incorrect EWB data submitted by the user.
• Temporary unavailability of the NIC EWB API or GSP services.
• Data loss due to force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or government API downtime.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WaybillGo in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, NIC/GSP downtime, or infrastructure incidents may cause temporary unavailability. We will communicate planned outages where possible via the dashboard or email.

7. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Have outstanding payment obligations for 30+ days.

Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. EWB records may be retained as required by law or our data retention policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
